IconForm stores the choices you make for your inspiration, equipment, schedule, training experience, goals, readiness answer, workout edits, completed sets, repetitions, exercise loads, session duration, feedback and optional body-weight entries. Optional progress photos and their dates are also stored.
Your choices generate a workout plan on your device. Workout records support progress summaries, estimated calories and simple rep suggestions. Photos provide a personal visual record. The current version does not analyse your body, identify you from a photo or predict your future appearance.
The current app stores your records locally on your device. It has no IconForm account server, cloud sync, advertising SDK or analytics service configured. IconForm does not upload your progress photos or workout history to an IconForm server. Device or browser backup settings may make copies outside the app. Local storage is not an encrypted health-data vault.
Camera and photo-library access are requested only when you choose those features. Workout reminders use local phone notifications with your permission. Apple, Google and Expo may process technical or store data under their own policies.
Your local records remain until you remove them, clear app data or reset the app. Use “Delete local app data” in IconForm to clear the saved plan, workout history, weights, photos and reminder preferences and cancel IconForm workout reminders. This does not delete original photos in your phone library or external backups. There is no IconForm account to delete in this version.
Photos and body weight are optional. You can edit your routine, turn off notifications in phone settings and delete local data. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Email iconformm@gmail.com for a privacy request.
IconForm is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
